The artwork gracing the walls of Work-Collective has recently changed, as we welcome Kathleen Branch as our first returning artist.
Though a Bend resident now, her pursuit of art has led her all over the world, including London, New York, Washington DC, Wisconsin, Idaho, and her all-time favorite, Santa Fe, New Mexico. While living and working in Los Angeles, Kathleen brought her vibrant vision and advanced painting techniques to create scenery at amusement parks. She was also admired for her enthusiastic instruction of both adults and children in classical charcoal drawing, watercolor, and oil painting at an L.A-based private art school.
Join us for the first Art Walk at Midway Work-Collective. Enjoy some snacks, beverages, and beautiful art from local artist Kathleen Branch. The work Kathleen has chosen for Work-Collective reimagines the Mid-Century Modern Movement. She has showcased work in 2023 at NWX and now again in 2026 at our new Midway Location. This collection represents sleek lines and bold colors, while balancing geometric and organic shapes.
