Work-Collective occupies the first and second floors at 2900 Clearwater Drive in Northwest Crossing, with our third floor expansion opening in fall 2026 and expanding our campus to 21,000 square feet. Designed specifically for coworking, the campus combines bright community workspaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, well-appointed private offices, dedicated desks, beautiful conference rooms, and a welcoming community cafe.
Today, our Northwest Crossing campus includes 29 private offices, 12 dedicated desks, 25+ flex workspaces, and three conference rooms. The upcoming third floor will add 13 private offices, 8 premium dedicated desks, another conference room, and a flexible event area for member and community gatherings. Members also enjoy access to Work-Collective’s Midway campus, a more intimate eastside location with the same thoughtful amenities, flexible workspaces, meeting rooms, and community-focused experience.
