Work-Collective occupies the first and second floor at 2900 Clearwater Drive. Our 11,000-square-foot space was built specifically with coworking in mind. From the spacious, open community workspaces with floor-to-ceiling windows, to the well-appointed private office suites, beautiful conference rooms and a community cafe. Work-Collective has 29 private offices, 12 dedicated desks, and many flex workspaces.
Work-Collective Midway features 7,000 square feet, thoughtfully designed for individuals and small teams. The space includes 9 private offices, 10 dedicated desks, and flexible work areas, along with indoor and outdoor spaces for work and community events. Members enjoy a full suite of amenities mirroring those at Work-Collective’s flagship Northwest Crossing location.
