The Summit Room is our small huddle room at NWX. It’s approximately 200 square feet and perfect for small meetings of 4 people or less.

The Cascade Conference Room is a 400-square-foot meeting space surrounded by windows with views of the Cascade Mountains. The conference table comfortably seats 10, with five additional chairs positioned along the windows for groups of up to 15.

Located on the second floor of the Midway campus, the Deschutes Boardroom is a large, flexible meeting space ideal for conferences, workshops, trainings, and team gatherings. The room comfortably seats up to 30 people and includes movable tables and chairs that can be arranged in a variety of layouts to fit your event. A large projection screen, high ceilings, and ample natural light make the space feel open, professional, and well-suited for productive group meetings.
