Work-Collective offers a range of flexible event spaces across our Northwest Crossing and Midway Campus locations for meetings, workshops, presentations, trainings, private events, and larger group gatherings. From private conference rooms and collaborative meeting spaces to our cafe, patio, and the Deschutes Boardroom, each space is designed to help your group meet comfortably, connect naturally, and host memorable events in a professional, welcoming setting.

The Deschutes Boardroom at Midway

Located on the second floor of the Midway campus, the Deschutes Boardroom is a large, flexible meeting space ideal for conferences, workshops, trainings, and team gatherings. The room comfortably seats up to 30 people and includes movable tables and chairs that can be arranged in a variety of layouts to fit your event. A large projection screen, high ceilings, and ample natural light make the space feel open, professional, and well-suited for productive group meetings.

Combined Conference event space

For large meetings, the Cascade and NWX rooms are combined into 800 square feet creating our expanded conference room. The expanded conference room seats 20-40 people, depending on seating arrangements, and is equipped with the following amenities:

  • (2) 65″ flat screen Smart TVs that mirror one another
  • HDMI screencast
  • Gigabit fiber WiFi (Ethernet available upon request)
  • (2) Owl Labs 360° conference camera, mic, and speaker
  • (2) Logitech USB Camera with tripods
  • (2) Mobile whiteboard
  • Beverage service upon request

Host your next private event at Work-Collective. Our Northwest Crossing and Midway Campus locations are available for after-hours and weekend rentals, with flexible layouts for networking events, receptions, workshops, team gatherings, and community events.

Northwest Crossing is ideal for events that want a warm, connected feel with multiple spaces working together. Start with the cafe and expand into the patio and upstairs conference rooms for a more complete private-event experience. It is a great fit for mixers, presentations, workshops, and receptions, with room for up to 75 guests.

Midway Campus offers a larger-scale private event setting with a more open layout, making it a strong option for bigger gatherings, presentations, and social events. With space for up to 125 guests and additional meeting room options for breakouts or smaller sessions, Midway gives you flexibility to host events that feel both polished and easy to navigate.
