We know work looks different for everyone. Some days you need a quiet desk, a large monitor, and reliable internet. Other days you need a private office, a meeting room, or a familiar place to take calls between appointments.

We built Work-Collective around the details that actually shape a good workday: thoughtful spaces, flexible ways to use them, two Bend locations, and a team that knows the people who work here.

The community is real, but never forced. It grows naturally from people sharing a space that is calm, professional, and easy to be part of.

I've been a member at Work Collective NWX since May 2024, and it's become my office away from home. It's the most professionally run of all the workspaces I've been to, both in Bend and elsewhere.

A big part of that is Kalista, the community director. She's super friendly, a real problem solver, and she keeps the place running so smoothly.

I also like that the clientele is all professionals. It feels like a place where people come to actually get work done. And, bonus: The natural light is great too, and it makes the space easy to spend the day in.

If you're looking for a professional place to work in Bend, whether for a single day or on an ongoing basis, I'd recommend Work Collective.

Great location. Always able to find a desk with a monitor. The staff is very responsive to any questions or issues. And unlike some other coworking spaces in town, you are NOT kicked out of your desk during the work day so that they can host private events.

I've been using the hot desks for a while now. This place, the staff and the other users are all wonderful. The updated internet is super fast, supporting video calls and simultaneous web searches and online document updates. The facilities are clean and well stocked. Remote work can be isolating. It's been great having a place to work where I can choose to interact with others or not but either way, not feel alone.

Work-Collective is fantastic. The space has everything you need to stay productive -- desks w/ 2nd monitors, phone booths, conference rooms, coffee at the ready and kombucha on tap. It's always clean,and member systems are totally dialed. Kent, Kalista, and Hallie are fantastic help on the rare occasion that something is already working flawlessly for you. And there's a variety of membership plans depending on your needs.

Work Collective has been such a bright spot in my transition to remote work! There are options for standing desks, plentiful monitors to use, it is clean and well cared for, and the vibe is great. People are always hard at work which I really appreciate. Makes it really easy to lock in and get focused.

If you ever have a problem, the front desk managers/ owners are always super helpful. It's a great spot! Moving out of state and I will miss it!

I have a membership here and have enjoyed the facility when I have used it. I also hosted my work group here for a few days and it was the perfect location to do so. We booked a big conference room for a few days, and also a smaller one for breakout sessions. There are restaurants nearby, snacks on site, and any telecommunications necessary for slides and meetings. Will definitely host here again!

For the first few months after moving to Bend, I worked out of Work Collective, and it was exactly what I needed.

The space itself is clean, professional, and thoughtfully designed. But what really sets it apart is the people. I met professionals from all corners of business, and the community was genuinely friendly and welcoming from day one. When you’re new to town, that matters.

And yes, Breakfast Burrito Mondays are as good as they sound.

If you’re looking for an office outside your home, a place to focus, and a built-in professional community in Bend, I highly recommend Work Collective.

The Work Collective is the best office space I have experienced in my lengthy career. The facility itself is outstanding, offers every functionality you may need and many you may not have thought of, the management is highly responsive and never lets us run out of coffee, the front desk is very proactive and flawless, and the community of members is friendly and open to a chat if you are up to it. Also, there are plenty of good eateries within walking distance. Highly recommended, you must go to a big city to find an equal work-sharing space.

We have booked the Cascade conference room twice to host our team planning sessions, and on both occasions, the space was everything we could have wanted or needed. The conference room is perfect for our small team of 5. The TV in the room makes screen sharing easy, and there's a whiteboard for all of our brainstorming needs. I am happy to recommend this space to anyone looking for a co-working space in Bend, OR.

The atmosphere is great being here with other professionals and am producing my best work here. I love the traditional office setting a lot and really struggled being remote. I'm so happy I found Work Collective. As a space for co-working, it feels a lot more mature and professional than many of the other ones I checked out. The staff are helpful and attentive. The coffee is always flowing. It's clean and quiet. And the location near The Grove is excellent.

If you're looking for a coworking space in Bend, the Work Collective is your place. All the desks are huge with large second monitors. The office itself is spacious, well designed, and taken care of. There are two shared kitchen spaces which really helps with potentially traffic jams during lunch. The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. I have had the privilege to work at a number of co-working spaces across the US and truly none of them have compared to the Work Collective. Whether you're coming in during your travels or looking for a longterm solution, I would recommend this spot to anyone.

I absolutely love working at the Work Collective! The atmosphere here is so nice—bright, welcoming, and quiet. Everyone here is friendly, welcoming and respectful to the people around them.

It's awesome having easy access to incredibly nice conference rooms for hosting clients and I love utilizing the variety of shared spaces when I need to mix up my scenery.

This is a beautiful working space! I felt more productive than usual 🙂 Plenty of space, plenty of parking space, well lit naturally , and all rooms are well equipped to conduct business meetings and discussions, as well as individual work stations. This is a Bend local , and let’s keep it local! Special shout out to Kalista, who is friendly, helpful & efficient and runs a very organised show!

Very friendly and helpful staff. This was the perfect spot to stop on our way through central Oregon. We bought a day pass and enjoyed the free coffee and shower rooms. Call booths can be reserved as well for taking private calls.

Great Experience working from Work-Collective. I "work from home" for a large Oregon tech company, and have been using the work space at Work-Collective daily for a month now. I recommend it as an excellent place for remote work. There is a large communal space upstairs for when I am feeling social. There are other areas more quiet when I need to get work done and concentrate. The staff is extremely great to work with, and the abundant hi-resolution monitors are a great feature.

An amazing place to work. I've been here since opening day and can't imagine working anywhere else. It's a beautiful space with friendly people, and great amenities like coffee, wifi and printer/copier. Very comfortable and quiet. I have loved being a member at Work-Collective. The partner membership is a really affordable option that gives you monthly credits to use the beautiful conference rooms. There are also phone booth If you're looking to get your work out of your house and into a calm, beautiful, professional space, I couldn't think of a better space. Joined for the unbeatable summer promotional trial membership pricing, stayed for the phenomenal co-work setting that exists here.

What a wonderfully curated, truly WORK collaborative.

I was seeking an environment where I could focus in (not too loud music), but also where I could network and build a sense of community in.

Here, you can immediately tell that the team has worked very thoughtfully and intentionally to create a perfect balance of work and social, that absolutely 100% hits the mark for me and what I need in a work setting.

The staff are super helpful and friendly and go above and beyond in assisting with anything you may need.

The location is unbeatable.

In my 1 month trial period, I was blown away by the events from free 15 minute chair massages, to after work mountain bike rides , to a women in business event as well as an amazing gathering to celebrate a local business complete with 5 star culinary food. (I have never in my entire life, nor ever will again eat as well as I did that night)

Oh...and the dog coworkers here, paws down, are the best around in town.

love this place! been working from here when in town staying with my in-laws for the last 3 years. I've rented an office and also just signed up for community open space. Both worked great. super clean, walking distance from food/coffee, and super kind owners. highly recommend if you are planning to work remotely in Bend.
