Community Desk and Shared Spaces
Community desk space is our most popular option for freelancers, early stage start-ups, and business owners who are looking for a professional alternative to the home office or coffee shop, but need a more flexible time arrangement.
The Collective NWX features more than 25 shared desks and seating arrangements to accommodate different workstyles and budgets. Whether you prefer a traditional desk at our oversized community tables or a quiet nook in one of our comfortable lounge chairs, there are many different spaces to be productive.
We have 12 dedicated desk spaces at The Collective NWX and we currently have 4 available.
Our dedicated desks are standing or seated height with ergonomic Steelcase chairs, privacy screens, task lighting, and a generous 3×6 foot workspace. Dedicated desk members also have a personal locker to store belongings and enjoy all of the community benefits.
We have six private office spaces at The Collective NWX and we currently have a waitlist. Contact us to get your name on the list.
Three are set up to handle a two person team and are approximately 115 square feet, while three are for single business owners and are approximately 90 square feet. Each come with electric height adjustable desks, custom walnut built-in storage, task lighting and ergonomic Steelcase chairs.
Private office memberships include 24/7 access and four (4) hours each month of conference room time and all of the community benefits. Just bring your family photos and your computer, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Conference and Event Rooms
The Collective NWX features flexible, state of the art, meeting and event rooms to host your private event or meet with clients. Our two conference rooms are light and bright surrounded by windows with views of the Cascade mountains. Each 400 square foot room has seating for up to 15 people and is uniquely equipped with a folding wall to combine the space for larger events. The CNWX Cafe
Our community cafe offers a unique space for casual meetings for 20-25 people. A perfect location with plenty of room for a lunch and learn training or small social event. We feature freshly brewed Strictly Organic coffee, tea and Humm kombucha free of charge to all members. The CNWX taps open for daily happy hours featuring Boneyard Beer (hello free beer!) Multi-Season Outdoor Space
The Collective NWX features a 500 square foot heated and covered outdoor terrace overlooking the white peaks of the Cascade mountains. Perfect for getting some fresh air during the workday, or enjoying a beverage after your day is wrapped up.
Private Phone Booths
Need some private time to take a call? We have you covered with two private phone booths with superior soundproofing, comfortable seating and a small built in desk.
The Floor Plan
Located in Bend’s award-winning Northwest Crossing community, The Collective NWX coworking space is over 5,500 square feet and built specifically with coworking in mind. From the spacious, open community workspaces with floor to ceiling windows, to the well appointed private office suites and the comfortable, well-stocked cafe. The Collective NWX has six private offices, 12 dedicated desks, and 25+ flex workspaces.
CNWX offers all the amenities of a modern coworking space but what sets us apart is the attention to comfortable workspaces in addition to traditional desks. We have casual sofas, chairs and benching spread throughout the shared space to encourage collaborative conversation or quiet workspace.
The Collective NWX is housed at the Clearwater Crossing building. Built in 2019 by BendTrend Homes, developers of The Trend Building in NorthWest Crossing. The Collective NWX office space is over 5,500 sq. ft. along with a 500 sq. ft. covered terrace with views of the Cascades.
