Our third-floor expansion is underway, and when complete, it will add new private offices, eight dedicated desks, added meeting space, phone booths, event flex space, and more room for our community to grow.
The new floor is designed to feel a bit more elevated, with bright shared areas, select offices with Cascade Mountain views, and a dedicated desk area positioned near large windows with added visual privacy from built-in shelving. This expansion is about more than adding square footage. It gives us the ability to serve more small teams, growing companies, and established members who are ready for a private office or a more elevated workspace without taking on the friction of a traditional lease.
Private offices will start at $1,495/month, with options for individuals, small teams, and growing companies. Availability will be limited, and we’ll be prioritizing current members and those already on our interest list as we work through internal office moves and new inquiries.
We’re also adding eight new dedicated desks on the third floor. These desks will be priced at $550/month and will offer a more private, light-filled setup near large windows with upgraded separation from the surrounding space. Our existing second-floor dedicated desks will remain available at $450/month, giving members two options depending on the type of workspace and price point they’re looking for.

Because we already have strong interest from current members, availability will be handled thoughtfully, and members already on our priority list will be contacted before remaining spaces are released more broadly.
