Member Feature: Meet Megan Miller

Megan Miller, General Manager of Cosmic Bliss, shares how she is helping grow the organic ice cream brand, where to find it in Bend, and why Work-Collective has helped make work feel more human again.

Megan Miller runs Cosmic Bliss, an organic ice cream brand focused on making really good ice cream with ingredients you can feel good about. She started out as a dairy-free company called Coconut Bliss and rebranded in 2022 to Cosmic Bliss when she launched her new dairy ice cream line.

Megan has been with the company for almost 10 years, so she has seen it evolve through a lot of different phases. Recently, Megan stepped into the GM role during a bit of a “reset” moment, which has been a fun (and sometimes chaotic) challenge.

Day-to-day, Megan is working across everything from product and supply chain to sales and marketing, which keeps things interesting. Right now, she is expanding distribution, working on connecting with consumers, and finding new ways to show up in stores (and beyond).

According to Megan, the fun part is hearing people say they love it—especially when it actually works for their dietary needs and doesn’t feel like they’re missing out.

If you see Cosmic Bliss at the store, give it a try—Megan always loves sharing the Bliss. Here are some places you can find Cosmic Bliss in Bend:

Market of Choice
Natural Grocers
Burgerville – Ask for a Bliss Shake!

Outside of work, Megan is usually on a tennis court or out adventuring with her partner and dogs—hiking, exploring, and taking advantage of being in such a great outdoor area.

Megan started coming to Work-Collective last year and just got an office for her sanity so she can get out of the house.

What Megan likes most about Work-Collective: Getting out of the house and being around other humans again—it makes work way more enjoyable. The flexibility—being able to move between different spaces depending on what she needs that day.

Megan gets asked a lot if she ever gets tired of ice cream, and honestly… the answer is no. She used to do QA at their plant, and daily 8 am soft serve tastings were part of the job. Hard to complain about that.
