Sanny Kataoka is a seasoned lawyer who serves as Fractional General Counsel to clients. As Chief Legal Officer of Validant, a life sciences consulting company, she managed all legal matters for a rapidly growing global firm.
Sanny started her career as an employment litigator and transitioned successfully to an in-house generalist role. She works collaboratively to reach practical solutions for her clients and enjoys assisting companies of all sizes with strategic legal support in the areas of contracts, policies and governance. Sanny is a member of the Oregon and California Bar Associations.
