Adam Carroll, VP of Operations for Graphite Health, has been doing software and algorithm startups for the last 15 years. Though a biochemist by training, he hasn’t strictly done that work since back when Bend Research was still a company. He’s been with Graphite for the last 3 years and is getting ready for their first deployment at their member systems, making for an exciting time.
Adam and his wife Molly, have lived in Bend for 18 years now. Their son Tommy is a freshman at Western Washington University in Bellingham, and their daughter Cora is a junior at Bend High. Adam enjoys running and playing ice hockey, and tries to read when he can manage to stop doomscrolling.
A member for over 3 years, Adam has tried out a dedicated desk and several different offices, currently occupying a first-floor office. His favorite thing about Work-Collective? “It has a very homey and welcoming feeling to it. I never arrive here stressed.”
