Meet Linda Fisher-Berlanga, a dedicated Mortgage Loan Officer with Evergreen Home Loans. With an impressive 35 years in the industry—17 of those with Evergreen—Linda takes pride in working for a PNW-based, privately owned company where employees feel like family. Evergreen Home Loans offers a wide range of lending solutions, including Reverse Mortgages, Construction Loans, Manufactured Home Financing, Purchase and Refinance Loans, and Home Equity Loans up to $2+ million.
Outside of work, Linda enjoys spending time with her husband and two pugs, kayaking, snowshoeing, and Sunday brunching. She is also deeply committed to volunteering, giving her time to Trinity Lutheran Church, the Bend FFA Booster & Alumni Club, and the Mt. Bachelor Quilters Guild, where she serves as co-president.
A Work-Collective member for the past year, Linda loves the ease of the space, saying her favorite thing is that she can “arrive, plug in, and work!”
