Giancarlo Pozzi, CPA and owner/founder of Pozzi Tax Services, has been a member of Work-Collective for a little over a year.
He began his career as an auditor with one of the largest international accounting firms (Ernst and Whinney), working in Los Angeles (California), Italy, Belgium, and Switzerland. He later became a California CPA in 1986, and then opened his first tax and accounting office in Los Angeles in 1987, specializing in taxation of expatriates and European companies with operations in the USA.
Giancarlo moved to Bend, Oregon with his young family in 1991 and opened offices in Bend and nearby Redmond. In 2022, I opened a sister office in Seattle, and spend half of each month managing the practice and exploring the great Washington outdoors.
When not tackling tax code, Giancarlo enjoys sailing, fly fishing, and camping. He makes a mean homemade limoncello and loves entertaining (and being entertained!). His two adult children and grandchildren keep him busy, along with his myriad of hobbies and interests, including foreign languages, music, and yoga.
Giancarlo sticks around Work-Collective because he likes the meeting spaces, the staff, the networking and camaraderie, and, of course, the burritos!
