Kent Odendahl is Co-Founder and Owner of Work-Collective, where he helps guide the strategy, systems, and member experience behind a growing coworking community.
Before Work-Collective, Kent spent nearly 25 years in publishing, including more than a decade at 5280, Denver’s city magazine. His work now blends operations, technology, community engagement, and the kind of hands-on support that sometimes means working the front desk.
Outside of Work-Collective, Kent is a dad to two amazing girls and an avid mountain biker who gets out on the trails whenever he can.
