After visiting Bend for more than 10 years, she moved here in 2024 and started her company Evolved Alliance, a training and coaching business to help executives and admins. We are excited to have her events management and operations experience here at Work Collective.
In her spare time, Kari started a cottage bakery called No Regerts Bakery that offers many pastries, cookies, brownies, and tasty treats with vegan and gluten-free options! You can follow her on Instagram (Noregertsbakery) and buy her baked goods at the Northwest Crossing Farmers Market this summer. She also enjoys skiing, biking, hiking and board games.
