Kalista has been the heartbeat of Work-Collective since March 2023, serving as our Community Manager and go-to person for just about everything—memberships, invoices, coffee outages, and everything in between. With a background as a former elementary teacher, she brings a calm, capable energy to the ever-changing rhythm of coworking life. Kalista thrives on the daily interactions with our vibrant member community and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
A Bend resident since 2009, Kalista has fully embraced the Pacific Northwest lifestyle. Though not a PNW native, she loves attempting all the outdoor adventures to be found in Bend and passing that passion on to her young son. Whether she’s camping in the woods or enjoying a quiet afternoon knitting, reading, or thrifting, Kalista finds joy in blending her indoor and outdoor worlds—just like she does here at Work-Collective.
