As we welcome a fresh new year and new faces into our community, it’s a great time to revisit some best practices for making our shared space enjoyable for everyone. Apply the “Golden Rule” in the workspace and with other members. Be courteous and respectful—a little consideration goes a long way!
✨ Be considerate and respectful of others
When finished with a particular item, put it back in its original location, ready for use by the next person. Always keep in mind that the Premises is a shared working environment.
✨ Tidy Up Your Space
Help keep our workspace welcoming by placing dishes in the dishwasher, returning any items you use, and clearing your space when you leave. We provide cleaning supplies under every sink in the workspace. Feel free to use (and return) these anytime!
✨ Reserve Desks & Phone Booths Mindfully
Please book only for the time you need and be mindful of your reservation. If a space is reserved, the booking holder has priority.
✨ Conference Rooms Require Booking
To ensure availability and fairness, conference rooms must be reserved in advance and do carry a fee.
✨ Honor Bar Etiquette
Enjoy complimentary coffee and tea! For snacks and other beverages, please use the app to add purchases to your next invoice or pay immediately at the kiosk with a card.
✨ Use Headphones for Calls
Feel free to take calls throughout the space, but please use headphones while inside or on the patio. This is the universal “do not disturb” sign. Please respect others that are wearing their headphones. If you don’t have headphones, we recommend booking a phone room for privacy.
We are always open to suggestions that could make the membership experience better! Thank you for being a part of our amazing community—we appreciate your efforts in keeping our space comfortable and welcoming for everyone!
